Weed Dispensary Queens

In a city where weed is available at bodegas, in vans parked on street corners and inside shiny new head shops that are taking over vacant retail spaces, finding the best place to buy legal marijuana can be a challenge. To avoid getting ripped off, buyers should make sure they are buying from a regulated, licensed by the state dispensary. A great way to do this is to look for a blue and white sticker posted near the main entrance of the store with the dispensary’s name and a QR code that can be used to verify it on the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) list.URL : https://skyclubnyc.com/

Are dispensaries illegal in NYC?

The first legal pot shop in Queens opened Thursday. It’s called Good Grades and is located at 162-03 Jamaica Avenue. It’s a woman-owned business run by Entrepreneur Extasy James and her cousin, Michael James, an attorney who is also a legal advocate for minority businesses. They got their license through the OCM’s “conditional adult-use retail sale” program, which is only open to justice-involved people and their family members.

The James cousins said they are “thrilled” to be the first family-owned business to open a store, and that they hope to give back by helping community residents understand how to use marijuana safely and responsibly. They are planning to host workshops and giveaways. The store also will offer delivery service.
